How it Works

Get started with a Coffee Date

Head over to our Virtual Coffee Date form here, after you’ve answered a few questions, you’ll be able to book time on our calendar to discuss your project.

Choose your Website Template

You choose which template we will be starting with and we’ll schedule your project start date. Next, we’ll send over an agreement with down payment request and we will get your spot saved and ready to go!

Gather Your Content

As soon as we have your date saved, We’ll send over a questionnaire and next steps for your project. You’ll gather up all your branding, photos and copy and then we’ll get to designing.

Launch and Love!

We’ll start by designing your homepage and go through one round of edits with you before finishing out the rest of the pages. Two weeks later we will launch your brand new website!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you love one of our website templates, we can professionally customize it for you. We'll change the colors, graphics, fonts, images and create a free wordmark logo for your brand. The one element that will stay consistent to the template is the layout. If you have more specific questions regarding this, reach out to us here.

  • We customize up to 6 pages. This typically includes the home page, blog page and 4 other pages. More pages are totally do-able for an additional fee.

  • We will implement your branding into the template, (colors, logo, images, and graphics), add your personalized copy, graphics and personalized touches that align with your business and brand. Although, we won't deviate from the template layout or functionality. if you'd like heavy customization, check out our Custom Design Service.

  • In our Restyle service is we’ll customize the template graphics, style, and functionality to fit your brand and business needs. We’ll add your personalized copy (you’ll be in charge of writing it and we’ll give you prompts to get that done) and your Personalized Wordmark logo, if needed.

    In our Site Set Up we’ll just be implementing your branding, colors, graphics and images into the existing template that you’ve purchased, but we won't customize the layout or add in your personalized copywriting.

  • From our start date to launch is a two-week process! The first week is spent nailing down your homepage design and the second week I finish up the other pages and details!

  • Awesome! If you already have a website we will put up an under construction page while we work on the new design.

  • Absolutely! You will provide me with the login information for your domain and I will add it to your new site when we are ready to launch!

  • We need all of your content before we can start the project (images, website copy, etc). We'll guide you through this process with you filling out your Restyle Content + Style Questionnaire which will need to be one week prior completed prior to the project start date.

  • YES! We include A FREE wordmark logo, (which is a text-only typographic logo) as a gift to our clients so that they will have a fully finished professional product. Our free logo includes ONLY 2 different directions and 1 revision. If you’re looking for a more robust logo & branding process, that can be purchased at an additional fee.

What’s a virtual coffee date? Well, It’s like a real coffee date except you can wear your pjs and nobody will care. Plus, it’s obligation-free. Super casual. And totally short and sweet. We can discuss your project + needs and see if we’d be a good fit for you + your biz!
