  • Due to to the digital nature of our work, along with receiving your product immediately after purchase, we DO NOT offer refunds. We ALWAYS want you to be happy with your product, so we encourage you to contact us if you have any issues.

  • During our consultation call we will discuss the project start date. This is affected by factors such as our availability, how prepared the content is (i.e. having photos, product, etc ready), as well as the readiness of the client to dedicate the time to the project. We take our timelines seriously and only work with clients who are, in turn, serious about their projects.

  • Our calendar usually books up about 4-6 weeks in advance. We recommend getting in touch as soon as you start thinking you need a designer and well before your deadline.

  • No. All deposits are nonrefundable as it is my way of securing your spot on our calendar. We book projects several months ahead of time, and scheduling ensures that we give all of our clients the proper amount of time that a project deserves. As a result, we turn away clients for your reserved time slot. If you back out of the project, you may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another project. The deposits ensure that clients are serious about moving forward with the project.

  • The timeline really depends on how quickly I receive your questionnaires & materials and how quickly the revisions go. The typical turnaround time is about 4-5 weeks. You will receive a projected timeline guide based on your projects' specific details. This will also contain any tasks you'll need to complete to keep the project moving. Keep in mind that delays in delivering your tasks could increase the timeline.

  • We will send you a Brand Questionnaire to be filled out and have workbooks available for any brand identity pieces you have not figured out yet. This will all be discussed in your Brand Design Meeting, so you'll be super clear before moving forward.

  • Yes! To ensure we are ready to dig into the heart of your brand, I'll ask you to complete a few condensed questionnaires. I'll also have you create a Pinterest board to get an idea of your personal style as well as the aesthetic you have in mind for your new brand.

  • Before I can get to work, I will need your questionnaires & your Pinterest board of things like fonts, colors, images, and things that inspire you.

  • Once your final files have been delivered, your project is considered complete. If you have changes or revisions that need to be made after that time, I am happy to work on them in our Design by the Day package. Design Days can be purchased here

  • Once you receive your design briefs you will tell me what you like, dislike, would like to see changed. All feedback must be consolidated into your online feedback forms, I will not answer feedback that is a multi-email string of thoughts, questions, and revisions. I want you to LOVE the work I do for you, which is why I ask for your input throughout the process and go through multiple layers of approvals during the design process.

  • Due to to the creative & digital nature of our work, we DO NOT offer refunds. By placing an order, you are reserving a place on our calendar. I often turn away clients for your reserved project times. If you back out it may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another project. Non-refundable payments are our way of securing clients who are serious about our work and giving them the time and attention they deserve.

  • I only offer websites on the Squarespace OR Kajabi platforms at this time. I do not offer Wordpress, Wix, or Shopify sites.

  • No. You'll need to purchase your own Squarespace OR Kajabi membership and custom domain. If you are not tech savvy and need help, no worries! I am happy to set up these items for you. Please let me know in our Web Design meeting if you need assistance setting up your account.

  • Although we find having content ready at the start of a project makes the entire process flow much more smoothly, we understand sometimes it’s not always possible to have all your content ready by the start date. This is something we can discuss during our consultation call and discuss solutions for via stock photos, referrals, in house photography and/or copywriting & more - although these extras are not automatically included in our packages. not having content ready to go extends the timeline of the project quite a bit.

  • You'll need to have a Brand Identity, including Logo, Brand Colors + Brand Fonts. If don't have these items, no worries! You can either select our Brand + Website Design Packages here which includes Brand Design OR you can use our pre-designed Branding + Logo Products to DIY your branding needs. We will send you a Questionnaire to be filled out and you'll craft a Pinterest Board. I'll also need all your website copy, photos, logins and connected accounts. This will all be discussed in your Web Design Meeting, so you'll be super clear before moving forward.

  • Yes! To ensure we are ready to dig into the heart of your brand, I'll ask you to complete a Website Copy Questionnaire + Ideal Client form. I'll also have you create a Pinterest board to get an idea of your personal style as well as the aesthetic you have in mind for your new Website.

  • Before I can get to work, I will need you to complete a few questionnaires, upload photos for your site along with your logo and brand guidelines.

  • No problem! You'd be surprised at how well a simple iPhone can take awesome photos! Depending on your business and goals, you may only need a few photos of yourself. If you need help finding photos for your website, please see our Photo Curation Service Upgrade here.

  • The design process I use prevents this from happening 99% of the time. Before I dive in and start designing anything for you, we will be on the same page in terms of your aesthetic goals. You'll fill out questionnaires and we will collaborate on a Pinterest board in order to establish a style for your brand. By the time I begin designing anything, I will have a solid idea of what it is you want. If you aren’t happy with any of the initial designs I show you, I will go back to the drawing board and we will work together until we get on the right path. If you do want to cancel, however, your payments are non-refundable.

  • No. Writing website Copy is not a part of any Web Design Packages. You will be asked to complete a Website Copy form PRIOR to any work starting on your project. If you need help crafting copy for your website, please see let us know and we can refer you to one of our copywriting partners.

  • Website copy is all the words, paragraphs and abouts needed for a successful website. This usually includes the about me section, service descriptions, Home Page taglines, etc. We can discuss any copy you may need in your Web Design Meeting

  • Once we have completed your Website Passoff Session, your project is considered complete. If you have changes or revisions that need to be made after that time, I am happy to work on them as a part of a Design by the Day package.

  • Website maintenance is not included in any of our design packages. At the end of your project, we will go through an in-depth Website Pass Off Session. This session will be personalized for your website and go over anything you'll need to know to maintain it. The session will be recorded, so you'll be able to refer back later and make any changes necessary to your site.
