Book your Design Day on our calendar to get the process started. Afterwards, we’ll send you details on next steps to get you started.
Gather Your Content
We’ll send you a pre-deisign day questionnaire where you’ll let us know what you’d like to accomplish. Gather up everything you’ll need and submit via your pre-design day questionnaire.
Strategy Session
We’ll have a 15 minute strategy session, via Zoom, where we’ll outline what can be confidently completed and get you ready for your upcoming day.
Design Day!
We’ll get to work at the top of your day! We’ll send you previews throughout the day and wrap up after 7-hours. You’ll have one hour of additional revisions as needed!

Unfortunately, no. We don’t make guarantees that a project will be finished by the end of your Design Day. We will walk you through what we confidently believe can be accomplished and will only take on what we’re sure can be completed. Our ability to complete your projects and tasks does depend on you completing your pre-design day homework, as well as, how lengthy your revision requests are. We’ll do our best to guide you to the best outcome for your project and work to make sure you’re happy with the final product!

You’ll get detailed pre-work to complete before your Design Day. This sets us both up for success on the day of. You should expect the questionnaire to take 30 minutes to an hour to complete.

Should you need to change the date of your intensive for any reason at all, you must do so at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date. Changes made less than 7 days in advance will be subject to a 25% change fee.

We ask that you provide all information and required materials a minimum of ONE WEEK prior to your scheduled Design Day. Failure to supply materials leads to an inability to complete the work within the hours allotted for your scheduled Design Day.

We’ll do our best to guide you toward a solution that will get the most necessary items to get your project ready to publish. If for any reason your project is not completed by the end of teh day we’ll discuss options with you for getting another Design Day schedule or completing revisions by the hour if necessary?
